June 14th, 2018 – 19 Holocaust Survivors from Hadera came for an afternoon of good time and company to the Shalom Villa in Caesarea. A volunteer from Brazil helped the March of Life team to prepare a special lunch for the survivors.

The March of Life team shared and showed some videos and photos of the March of the Nations that took place on May 15th, 2018 in Jerusalem. The survivors also shared their personal stories from the time of the Shoah.

Some of the survivors were expressed their gratitude to Helping Hand Coalition for Israel (עמותת יד לעזרה ישראל) and to the March of Life International Movement for the warm and special experience they had at the closing event of the March of the Nations at the Sultan’s Pool in Jerusalem.

At the end of the Shalom House each one of them received a March of the Nations 2018 souvenir pin. They wanted more than only one, but several, to take home to give to their families and help to spread the message of what happened in May 2018 in Jerusalem.
