December 18th, 2019 – Wolf Galperin who saved over 130 children while being in the WWII German concentration camps (he also is a camp survivor), was so happy to receive a walker from Christians from Germany who were visiting for a conference and who have been building a relationship with him. They had promised him they would bring him one from Germany and they fulfilled their promise through the Helping Hand Coalition for Israel (עמותת יד לעזרה ישראל) who delivered the beautiful brand new pricey walker to his home in Sderot. He was so happy and felt very special. He says a huge thanks to Edith Krug and her friends for their generosity and thoughtfulness toward him.
Yelena from Or Akiva was blessed with a pricey walker as well, thanks to GAiN Germany. Her son who lives in America had shipped her one but it arrived broken and she was very distressed about it. When she heard there was a chance she was going to receive a walker in Israel, donated by Germany, she was so excited and happy!
