August 9th, 2020 – Netanya WWII Refugees organization celebrated their 10th anniversary this week. The survivors came with somber mood and kept prescribed distances. The turnout was less than usual because of limitations on public gathering. The elderly have been staying mostly indoors and felt very lonely. Still, coming together even in these strange circumstances brought smiles to their faces.
Thanks to the GAiN Sponsorship Program, they received gift of grocery cards for shopping ahead of the fall celebrations.
