On January 12th, close to 100 victims of the Holocaust in Netanya were blessed with financial aid in the form of grocery gift cards, thanks to the GAiN Sponsorship Program.

Each month, many of these individuals are struggling to make ends meet. While some, after years of waiting, have moved into one-bedroom apartments in elderly homes, they are still required to live humbly with limited funds for food — many of whom must live precariously with little left due to high rent and basic bills costs. As the cards were distributed, gratitude filled the survivors’ hearts as they released some of the burdens they had been carrying.
