July 30th, 2024 – This fabulous occasion saw Survivors of the Holocaust, members of their families and representatives of Helping Hand Coalition for Israel, together with other friends, rejoicing in this celebration of life and friendship. The Chairman of the Jerusalem Holocaust Survivors Association, Yakov Liberman, congratulated those gathered on the organization’s fifth anniversary and recalled that Andre Gasiorowski was among the first to support this project.
Many remembered the fantastic atmosphere of the festive inaugural meeting of 500 people —250 Polish Christian friends from Kalisz and 250 members of Jerusalem Holocaust survivors — in a vast restaurant in Jerusalem.

Today, the Association of Holocaust Survivors in Jerusalem, with 1,200 members, is the largest Israeli member organization of the Helping Hand Global Forum, which brings together over 20,000 Holocaust victims in Israel.
