September 4th, 2025 – R. is 19. When the Iranian missile hit their building, R. was with her husband and their few weeks-old baby boy. They had no safe room in the apartment, and rushed downstairs to the general shelter when the sirens started blaring. The building was hit directly and has been scheduled for demolition due to the scale of damage.

After the bombing they could not even enter the apartment to retrieve anything. At present the young family is staying in a Tel Aviv hotel and looking for another apartment to rent. R. says they don’t know what’s next.
