On June 17th, 2019, a Shalom House concert event took place at the HHC villa in Caesarea. Hosted by Alyosha and Jody Ryabinov, the afternoon brought two groups of people together to make memories that will be treasured forever.
It was a night of all nights! The International Convention Center in Haifa was filled with more than 2,000 guests coming from all over the world, 1,000 Holocaust survivors and World War II veterans brought in busloads by Helping Hand Coalition, also broadcasting to 180 countries worldwide – reaching over 500 million viewers.
Being in a room with Holocaust Survivors never loses its spark. June 10th’s Shalom House was once again hosted at Helping Hand Coalition’s villa in Caesarea. There were a couple of familiar faces as ghetto survivors from Hadera graced us with their presence for an afternoon that was beautiful and emotional.

Shalom Houses are always a highlight of the week! This week, on May 27th, we had another group from Children of the War, based in Netanya, join us for a small concert at the villa in Caesarea. Hosted by Bozena Gasiorowski and translated by Alyosha Ryabinov, the afternoon was filled with music and fellowship.
Today was a celebration of life. Holocaust survivors have been through enough darkness and tragedy, so it is our goal, with the help of our team and volunteers, to bring light back into the lives of each survivor who comes.
