8 December 2023 | Shalom House Hanukkah and Shabbat joyful celebrations with Holocaust survivors from Or Akiva.

The evening hosted by Helping Hand Coalition included the lighting of the second Hanukkah candle and a celebration of the Sabbath.

Pastor Victor Blum and Pastor Julia Blum read and explained the scriptures while Uliana Istaev sang and blessed the audience with her beautiful songs and music. A prayer was offered for the protection of Israeli soldiers, a quick victory in the war against Hamas, and peace.
