July 29th, 2025 – Thanks to the sponsors of Helping Hand Coalition for Israel, and together with the welfare department deputy director Yair Orenbuch, many more Petach Tikva residents and single parent families, whose apartments and belongings were destroyed last month by the Iranian missile hits, received financial help in the form of grocery cards.
Many of them are still dealing with major trauma and overwhelmed with the uncertainty surrounding the timetable of rebuilding their homes.
Still a big part of the evacuees are staying at various hotels, while others are temporarily renting an apartment (the government is helping with the first 3 months for now).
There are currently around 1,500 evacuees from Petach Tikva dispatched in 9 hotels throughout Israel.
More support on the way for those families and individuals who lost everything.
