September 4th, 2025 – Our dear friend Igor from Netanya was greatly blessed with an amazing hefty check from Germany. He said that he had no words to describe his gratitude.
Story behind: His sponsor, an old German lady, recently passed away. Her son Carl (already sponsor of another survivor of the Holocaust in the GAiN Sponsorship Program) asked the guests at the funeral for donations instead of flowers, to be given to Igor in remembrance of his mother. He said that she would have loved the idea. He himself takes on the sponsorship of Igor.
