August 24th, 2026 – Members of the Jerusalem Association of Holocaust Survivors participated in a special educational and commemorative seminar organized in cooperation with Yad Vashem.

The Jerusalem Association of Holocaust Survivors is the largest Holocaust survivor organization within the Helping Hand Coalition – Global Forum network in Israel, bringing together more than 1,200 members. Over the years, it has developed into a strong and active community, providing survivors with opportunities for fellowship, mutual support, cultural activities, remembrance, and continued social engagement.

The seminar focused particularly on the history of the Holocaust, including the experiences of Jewish communities in ghettos and concentration camps. It provided an important opportunity for remembrance, reflection, education, and preservation of historical memory.
