My name is Rachel, 52, a single mother of five children, three of whom are dealing with medical disabilities, complex mental conditions and a difficult financial situation.

I am also raising my granddaughter, a sweet and special girl, who is on the autistic spectrum.

I take care of her with full dedication, without any assistance from her biological mother who is dealing with personal issues.
