July 7th, 2026 – With great joy, we celebrated in Caesarea the 90th birthday of Sofia Miedvinskaya, a beloved member and leader of the Or Akiva Holocaust Survivors Group.

This special occasion was made possible through the generosity of a supporter from the United States, who sponsored a birthday gift in honor of Sofia’s remarkable life and enduring spirit.

On behalf of the Helping Hand Coalition family, we wish Sofia continued good health, happiness, peace, and many more years surrounded by love and friendship.
