May 7th, 2021 – Dozens of ghetto survivors and WWII refugees living in Ashdod received gift grocery cards just before great Victory Day celebrations. One overjoyed Ghetto survivor was dancing with his companion without music on, celebrating life, the support he just received from GAiN Germany, the re-opening of social life in Israel and the easy access he had to the vaccine. He is so happy to be 94 years old and has already invited us to his 100th birthday, “Be Ezrat HaShem” (G-d willing)!

Dozens more survivors country-wide also received the grocery cards, together with extra funds and cards/packages from their GAiN Sponsorship Program sponsors. They could not be happier for the attention and long-time love and support from Germany.
