November 10th, 2023 – A ceremony dedicated to the 240 kidnapped Israeli hostages with the participation of the family of kidnapped Karmiel residents, survivors of the Holocaust, residents of Karmiel, and international guests – under the leadership of the Helping Hand Coalition for Israel, Global Aid Network (GAiN Germany and GAiN Poland), and ESPA Foundation from Poland.

The event was organized in Karmiel – the city in the Galilee next to the Israeli border with Lebanon – by the Association of Concentration Camps and Ghetto Survivors in Israel, the Helping Hand Global Forum, and other local organizations supporting the Holocaust survivors.
