September 18th, 2026 – It was a visit full of warmth and smiles, as brother and sister from a German sponsor family came to visit “their” survivors in Sderot. Their parents have been supporting the Gonickman family for over a decade now.

Much joy and emotion could be felt from both sides. Bronia and Shmuel felt so special to have international friends coming to their home, spend time with them and bring them warmth, love and friendship. It was a time of blessing for both sides, and heartfelt smiles on their faces and hugs show how much they all enjoyed this visit.
